Every post and every profile can be reported or blocked inside the app; we review what is reported and remove it if it breaks the rules or the law.

Distribution through the app stores

Cloo GmbH is the provider of the app. Apple and Google only supply the distribution platform and the payment process. That is why you manage and cancel subscriptions in the respective store; the support page explains how.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission shut down its online dispute resolution platform on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer a link to it. If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] first, that settles most cases faster.
