The camera counts.

Prop your phone up and train. The AI runs on the phone and counts push-ups, pull-ups and dips as you go. Counting is free.

Prop it. Frame it. Go.

  1. Prop the phone up.

Lean it on a wall or a bag. No tripod needed.

Knee push-ups and bench dips: not counted

Half reps do not count.

A rep counts when you cover the full range: chin over the bar, depth at the bottom, arms locked out at the top. A missed rep tells you why.

  • Pull-ups: chin over the bar
  • Push-ups and dips: low enough
  • Wrong count? Fix it with plus and minus
  • Fixed sets are marked, never verified

Verified reps.

In challenges only verified reps score. A verified rep is one whose full range of motion was seen. You record a short round, we check it, and your best shows as "verified".

  • Verified rounds start at age 16
  • You agree before anything uploads
  • Clip and track kept 30 days, then deleted
  • Free counting never uploads video

Your picture stays yours.

Counting runs on your phone. The frames are processed in memory and thrown away, and it works offline.

  • Free counting saves and uploads nothing
  • No microphone, no audio
  • Camera asked only when you tap Count

Counting, answered.

Do I need a tripod?

No. Lean the phone on a wall or a bag. The screen tells you when you are in the picture.

Why the front camera?

Its screen faces you, so you can read the count from across the room. The rear camera is in the menu.

It counted wrong.

Tap plus or minus before you end the set, or fix it in your history later. The set is marked as corrected.

Can I count in a live workout?

Yes. Those counts are not verified.
