Arm circles
Also called Arm rotations
Arm circles are a simple warm-up for your shoulders. You stand tall and draw big circles with straight arms, forward and backward. They mainly work your shoulders, with a little help from your upper back. Use them to loosen up before pushing, pulling or handstand practice. Keep your shoulders down, away from your ears, and make the circles smooth and large. Start small and get bigger as you warm up. Do both directions for the same number of reps.
