Band face pull
Also called Face pull, Resistance band face pull, Banded face pull
The band face pull is a pull toward your face with a resistance band, with your elbows high and wide. Your shoulders and upper back work hardest, while your biceps and forearms assist. It is a light exercise that suits warm-ups and higher reps, and it balances all the pushing you do. Use a light band, anchor it at face height and pull slowly. Keep your elbows high and let your hands finish beside your ears. Do not lean back to get the band closer.
