Chest-to-bar pull-up
Also called C2B, C2B pull-up, Chest to bar
In the chest-to-bar pull-up you pull until your chest touches the bar, not just your chin. This is a longer pull than the usual pull-up and asks more from your lats, upper back and biceps, with help from your shoulders, forearms and abs. It suits you when you can do sets of Explosive pull-ups. Lead with your chest and pull your elbows down and back. It is also a step toward the Muscle-up, which comes after it.
