Frog jump
Also called Frog hop
The frog jump is a jump forward from a deep squat, landing in a deep squat again. The main load falls on your quads, glutes and calves, supported by your hamstrings, hip flexors and abs, and it builds explosive leg power. Swing your arms, jump forward and settle for a moment before the next jump. You need some open floor and a deep squat that feels comfortable. Land softly with your knees over your feet. Stop when your landings get heavy.
