Good morning
Also called Bodyweight good morning
The good morning is a hip-hinge exercise with your hands behind your head. You push your hips back and tilt your torso forward with a flat back, then stand tall again. Your hamstrings and glutes work hardest, while your lower back and abs assist. It teaches the hip hinge, the base of many lifts and jumps. Keep your knees soft and your back flat, and go only as low as your back stays flat. Move slowly and stop if you feel pain in your lower back.
