Hamstring walkout

Also called Bridge walkout, Heel walkout

The hamstring walkout is a bridge where you walk your heels away from you in small steps, then walk them back. It mostly works your hamstrings and glutes, and your calves and abs assist. It is a gentle way to build hamstring strength and a good step toward the Nordic curl. Keep your hips high and move slowly. Take smaller steps if your hips sag or your hamstrings start to cramp. Once it feels easy, the Nordic curl comes next.
