Hindu push-up

Also called Dive bomber push-up

The Hindu push-up is a flowing movement. You start in a pike, dive your head and chest forward close to the floor, then straighten your arms and push back into the pike. Your shoulders, chest and triceps work hardest, while your abs, lower back and hamstrings assist. It also opens your shoulders and the backs of your legs. Move smoothly and do not let your hips drop too far. Go slowly at first and stop if your lower back feels pinched.
