Inchworm

The inchworm walks your hands out from a standing fold into a high plank and back. Your hamstrings and abs work hardest, while your shoulders, calves and glutes assist. It opens up the backs of your legs and warms up your shoulders and core. Bend your knees as much as you need at the start. Keep your hips from sagging once you are in the plank. Take small steps back toward your hands and stand up slowly.
