Jump squat
Also called Squat jump
The jump squat is a squat with an explosive jump at the top. It trains your quads and glutes, with help from your calves, hamstrings and abs, and it builds leg power. It suits you once the Squat feels solid. Land softly with bent knees and your knees over your toes. Rest between sets so that each jump stays crisp. Skip it when your knees or ankles hurt.
