Leg swings

Leg swings are a dynamic warm-up for your hips and the backs of your legs. You stand on one leg and swing the other leg loosely forward and back. They work your hip flexors and hamstrings, with a little help from your glutes and quads. Use them before squats, lunges, jumps and running. Hold on to a wall or bar, keep your torso upright and let the swing build gradually. Do not force the leg up. Do the same number of swings on both legs.
