Mountain climber
Also called Climbers
The mountain climber is a fast exercise from a high plank. You drive your knees toward your chest, one at a time. The main load falls on your abs and hip flexors, supported by your shoulders, quads and triceps, and it raises your heart rate. Keep your hands under your shoulders and your hips low and level. You can count reps or work for a set time. Slow down if your hips pike up or your wrists complain.
