Single-leg glute bridge
Also called Single-leg glute bridges, One-leg glute bridge, Single-leg hip bridge
The single-leg glute bridge is a glute bridge on one leg, with the other leg straight up. The main load falls on your glutes, supported by your hamstrings, abs and lower back, and it shows you any difference between your two sides. It suits you once the Glute bridge feels easy. Keep your hips level so they do not drop toward the free leg. Train both legs equally. When it feels easy, try the Single-leg hip thrust.
