Tuck back lever
Also called Tucked back lever
The tuck back lever is a hold where you hang from rings or a bar with your body facing down, your arms straight and your knees tucked. It trains your lats, chest and biceps, with help from your shoulders, abs, lower back and forearms. It stretches the front of your shoulders and loads your elbows, so warm up well and build up slowly. You enter it from the Skin the cat. When you can hold your hips level with your shoulders, the Back lever is the next step.
