Walking lunge
Also called Walking lunges, Lunge walk
The walking lunge links lunges into a walk: you step forward and lower your back knee, then push up and bring the back leg through into the next step. It mostly works your quads and glutes, and your hamstrings, calves and abs assist. You need some space to walk. Start it when the Lunge feels solid. Take long, steady steps and keep your chest up. Slow down if your torso tips forward, and stop when your steps get short and rushed.
