Wall sit
Also called Invisible chair, Wall squat
The wall sit is a hold where you lean against a wall with your thighs parallel to the floor, as if sitting on an invisible chair. Your quads work hardest, while your glutes, hamstrings and calves assist. It is simple and easy to scale: sit higher for a lighter hold and lower for a harder one. Keep your back flat on the wall, your knees over your ankles and your heels down. Do not push on your thighs with your hands. Come up when your legs start to shake hard.
