Windshield wipers
Also called Wipers, Lying windshield wipers
Windshield wipers are a rotation exercise on your back. You lift your straight legs up and lower them from side to side, like a wiper. It trains your obliques and abs, with help from your hip flexors and shoulders. It is demanding, so build it up slowly. Keep your shoulders on the floor and bend your knees to make it easier. Move without momentum and stop lowering when a shoulder lifts or your lower back strains.
