World's greatest stretch
Also called WGS
The world's greatest stretch is a flowing movement in a deep lunge. You put both hands inside your front foot, bring your elbow toward the floor, then rotate your chest and reach one arm up. It opens your hip flexors and glutes, with help for your hamstrings, upper back and obliques. It is a good all-in-one warm-up before squats, lunges and pulling. Keep the back leg straight, rotate from your chest, not your hips, and let your eyes follow your hand. Give both sides the same number of reps.
