Wrist circles
Also called Wrist rotations
Wrist circles are a quick warm-up for your wrists and forearms. You make loose fists or clasp your hands and draw big circles with your wrists, in both directions. They work your forearms lightly. Your wrists carry your weight in push-ups, handstands and planches, so warm them up before those exercises. Keep your forearms still and make full, round circles. Move gently and stop if it hurts.
