Burpee
Also called Burpees, Squat thrust
The burpee is a full-body exercise that links a squat, a plank, a push-up and a jump. It raises your heart rate fast. Your quads, chest and abs work hardest, while your shoulders, triceps, glutes and calves assist. It is simple to learn but tiring, so pace yourself. Keep your hips from sagging in the plank and land softly on your whole foot. Step back instead of jumping to make it easier. After that, aim for the Burpee pull-up.
