Clap push-up
Also called Clapping push-up, Plyo push-up
The clap push-up is an explosive push-up where you push yourself off the floor and clap in the air. It builds pressing power in your chest, triceps and shoulders, with help from your abs. It suits you when sets of Push-ups feel easy. Land softly with bent arms, so the impact does not hit your wrists and elbows. Rest enough between reps so that each one stays explosive. Stop when you cannot clap cleanly any more or your wrists complain.
