Dips
Also called Parallel bar dips
The dip is a pressing exercise on parallel bars. You support your whole weight on straight arms, lower your body and press back up. It mostly works your chest, triceps and shoulders, and your upper back and abs assist. It suits you once you can hold a steady support with your shoulders down. If a full dip is too hard, a band can help, and Bench dips build the strength. Go only as deep as your shoulders stay stable. When sets feel easy, move on to Ring dips or Korean dips.
