Ring dips
Also called Dips on rings
Ring dips are dips on gymnastic rings. The rings move, so your shoulders and core must keep them steady while you lower and press. They train your chest, triceps and shoulders, with help from your biceps, abs and upper back. They are harder than Dips on bars and need good shoulder control. Learn a steady ring support first, and keep the rings close to your body. End the set when the rings start to wobble or your shoulders feel unstable.
