Freestanding handstand push-up
Also called Freestanding HSPU
The freestanding handstand push-up is a push-up in a handstand without a wall, so you must balance the whole time. It trains your shoulders and triceps, with help from your upper back, forearms, abs and chest. It is one of the hardest push exercises in calisthenics. You need a strong Wall handstand push-up and a steady freestanding handstand first. Use a mat, know how to exit a handstand safely and end the set once your body line breaks.
