Wall handstand push-up
Also called HSPU, Handstand push-up, Wall HSPU
The wall handstand push-up is a push-up in a handstand with your feet against a wall. You lower your head toward the floor and press back up. Your shoulders and triceps work hardest, while your chest, upper back, abs and forearms assist. It takes strong shoulders, a steady wall handstand and warm wrists. Learn the movement with the Negative handstand push-up first. Place a soft mat under your head and stop if your neck or shoulders hurt. The Freestanding handstand push-up is the next step.
