Front lever
Also called Full front lever
The front lever is a horizontal hold where you hang from a bar on straight arms, with your body straight and facing up. It is one of the best-known strength skills in calisthenics. It mostly works your lats, abs and upper back, and your biceps, forearms, shoulders and glutes assist. It often takes years of steady training. Work through the Straddle front lever first. Warm up your shoulders and elbows, squeeze your glutes and abs and end each hold when your line breaks.
