Incline push-up
Also called Hands-elevated push-up, Bench push-up
The incline push-up is a push-up with your hands on a bench or box and your feet on the floor. The higher your hands are, the easier it gets. It mostly works your chest and triceps, and your shoulders and abs assist. It is a good way to learn a clean push-up with a straight body line. Use a stable bench that cannot slide. Lower the height step by step as you get stronger. When it feels easy on a low bench, move on to the Push-up.
