Knee push-up
Also called Kneeling push-up, Modified push-up, Push-up on knees
The knee push-up is a push-up with your knees on the floor, which shortens the lever and makes the movement lighter. Expect your chest and triceps to work hardest, with your shoulders and abs joining in. It is a good start if you cannot do a full push-up yet. Keep one straight line from your knees to your head so that your hips do not fold back. When you can do sets of ten clean reps, move on to the Push-up.
