Parallette L-sit
Also called L-sit on parallettes
The parallette L-sit is an L-sit on parallettes, small bars that lift your hands off the floor. The extra height gives your legs room to clear the floor, so it is easier than the Floor L-sit. It mostly works your abs, hip flexors and triceps, and your shoulders, lats, quads and forearms assist. Press down hard and keep your shoulders low. Start with bent knees if your straight legs do not stay up. When you hold straight legs steadily, try the Floor L-sit.
