Pike push-up

The pike push-up is a push-up with your hips high, so your body forms an upside-down V. Your head moves toward the floor between your hands. Expect your shoulders and triceps to work hardest, with your chest, upper back and abs joining in. It is the first step toward handstand push-ups. It suits you once normal push-ups feel easy. Keep your hips high and your elbows angled back. When you can do clean sets of ten, move on to the Elevated pike push-up.
