Elevated pike push-up

Also called Feet-elevated pike push-up, Decline pike push-up

The elevated pike push-up puts your feet on a bench or box, so more of your weight moves onto your shoulders. It mostly works your shoulders and triceps, and your chest, upper back and abs assist. It is the bridge between the Pike push-up and the handstand push-up. Keep your hips high over your hands and lower your head toward the floor. Raise your feet in small steps, and use a lower box if your shoulders feel strained. When it feels solid, the Negative handstand push-up is the next step.
