Planche lean
Also called Planche leans
The planche lean is the first step toward the planche. You stand in a push-up position with straight arms and lean your shoulders forward past your hands. It trains your shoulders, chest and abs, with help from your forearms, triceps and upper back. Your wrists take a lot of load, so warm them up and lean forward in small steps. Keep your arms straight and your pelvis tucked. When you can hold a deep lean steadily, the Tuck planche is the next step.
