Tuck planche
Also called Tucked planche
The tuck planche is a hold where your body floats above the floor on straight arms, with your knees pulled in toward your chest. The main load falls on your shoulders, chest and abs, supported by your biceps, forearms, upper back and hip flexors. It is the first planche shape with both feet off the ground. Warm up your wrists and elbows, and build up with the Planche lean first. Parallettes can ease the strain on your wrists. When it feels steady, the Advanced tuck planche is the next step.
