Advanced tuck planche
Also called Adv tuck planche
The advanced tuck planche is a planche where your hips are open and your back is flat, while your knees stay bent. Expect your shoulders, chest and abs to work hardest, with your biceps, forearms, upper back and hip flexors joining in. The longer lever makes it much harder than the Tuck planche. You need a steady Tuck planche first. Keep your arms straight and your hips level with your shoulders. Warm up your wrists and elbows, and end the hold when your hips rise or your back rounds. The next step is the Straddle planche.
