Ring push-up
Also called Push-up on rings, Gymnastic rings push-up
The ring push-up is a push-up with your hands on gymnastic rings. The rings move, so your shoulders and core must keep them steady. Expect your chest, triceps and shoulders to work hardest, with your abs, biceps and upper back joining in. It is a good next step once the Push-up feels solid. Set the rings just above the floor and keep them close to your body. Stop the set when the rings start to drift apart.
