Skater squat
The skater squat is a single-leg squat where your other leg is bent behind you and your back knee lightly taps the floor as you lower. Your arms reach forward for balance. It mostly works your quads and glutes, and your hamstrings, abs and calves assist. It is a good next step once the Reverse lunge feels solid. Lower slowly and keep your heel down. Do the same number of reps on both legs. Once it feels easy, the Shrimp squat comes next.
