Spider-Man push-up
Also called Spider push-up, Knee-to-elbow push-up
The Spider-Man push-up is a push-up where you bring one knee toward the same-side elbow as you lower. It mostly works your chest and triceps, and your shoulders, obliques, abs and hip flexors assist. The knee drive adds a core challenge to the Push-up. Keep your hips low and level and switch sides every rep. Slow down if your hips rise or your knee does not reach your elbow.
