Toes-to-bar
Also called T2B, TTB
The toes-to-bar is a hanging exercise where you lift your straight legs until your toes touch the bar. It mostly works your abs and hip flexors, and your lats, forearms and shoulders assist. It needs strong abs, a firm grip and flexible legs. Press the bar down as you lift. Build up with the Hanging leg raise first. Stop the swing between reps. End the set when your grip fades or your reps turn into wild swings.
