Tuck jump
Also called Knee tuck jump
The tuck jump is a jump where you pull your knees to your chest in the air. It trains your quads, glutes and calves, with help from your hip flexors, abs and hamstrings, and it builds explosive power. It suits you once the Jump squat feels solid. Jump up hard, pull your knees up and extend your legs before you land. Land softly on your whole foot. Rest between reps and end the set when your jumps get low and sloppy.
