V-sit

The V-sit is an L-sit where your legs lift above hip height, so your body forms a V. You press yourself off the floor on straight arms and lean back slightly to balance. Your abs, hip flexors and triceps work hardest, while your shoulders, lats, quads and forearms assist. It needs a strong Floor L-sit and flexible legs and hips. Keep your legs straight and lean back only as far as you can keep your shoulders low. Go slowly and end the hold when you start to sink.
