Decline push-up
Also called Feet-elevated push-up, Decline bench push-up
The decline push-up is a push-up with your feet on a bench, so more of your weight is on your arms and shoulders. Your chest, shoulders and triceps work hardest, while your abs assist. It suits you when the Push-up feels easy. Keep your body in one straight line and squeeze your glutes so your hips do not sag. The higher the bench, the harder it gets. When it is easy, the Pseudo planche push-up is the next step.
