Pseudo planche push-up

Also called PPPU, Planche lean push-up

The pseudo planche push-up is a push-up with your hands by your hips and your shoulders leaning far ahead of them. This lean works the front of your shoulders hard. It mostly works your shoulders, chest and triceps, and your abs, biceps and forearms assist. It is a base for the planche. Your wrists carry a lot of load, so warm them up and lean forward in small steps. You need strong Decline push-ups first. Keep your body in one firm line.
