Diamond push-up
Also called Close-grip push-up, Triangle push-up
The diamond push-up is a push-up with your hands close together under your chest, thumbs and index fingers touching. The close grip puts more work on your triceps. It trains your triceps and chest, with help from your shoulders and abs. Start it when the Push-up feels solid. Keep your elbows close to your body. If it strains your wrists, place your hands a little wider. When it feels easy, try the Archer push-up.
