Hanging knee raise
Also called Hanging knee raises, Hanging knee tuck
The hanging knee raise is a leg lift from a hang with your knees bent. You pull your knees to your chest and curl your pelvis up. Expect your abs and hip flexors to work hardest, with your forearms and lats joining in. It is easier than the Hanging leg raise because the lever is shorter. You need a steady hang with your shoulders down. If hanging is the problem, start with the Lying leg raise. Lower without swinging. After that, aim for the Hanging leg raise.
