Headstand push-up
Also called Tripod headstand push-up
The headstand push-up starts in a headstand, with your head and hands forming a triangle on the floor. You press up until your arms are straight, then lower slowly. Expect your shoulders and triceps to work hardest, with your upper back, abs and chest joining in. Keep most of your weight on your hands, not on your neck, and use a soft mat. Build up with the Elevated pike push-up first. The next step is the Wall handstand push-up.
