Advanced tuck front lever
Also called Adv tuck front lever
The advanced tuck front lever is a front lever with your hips open, so your back is flat while your knees stay bent. Your body is horizontal under the bar and your arms are straight. The main load falls on your lats, abs and upper back, supported by your biceps, forearms, shoulders and hip flexors. It is harder than the Tuck front lever because the lever is longer. Keep your shoulders down and your hips level with your shoulders. End the hold when your hips sag. When it is steady, move on to the Straddle front lever.
